What others are saying about us

“SGC Consulting has worked with us from an early stage of what has become a hugely successful business turnaround for us. The positive changes achieved in our working culture are a direct result of the way Tony & Carole work with management to create lasting change. Most of all, I like their ability to assess the situation as it really is, and then sensitively select the right tools and frameworks to use …. In short, they help us to create the change that makes our company more successful, and a more enjoyable place to work at.”

“I’ve been privileged to work with Tony Colantoni and SGC Consulting since 2009. Tony was instrumental in getting us through the messy transition from Consulting Firm to Software Company. He has also helped me to prepare for some of the most challenging conversations of my professional life. From getting our people to say what they were thinking in meetings to making sure our value proposition holds water, it is clear that Tony feels a sense of responsibility for the success of the company and the members of our team. I highly recommend Tony and SGC.”

“We worked with Tony Colantoni and SGC Consulting Group on two major projects, an Executive Transition Plan and developing and implementing a Five-year Business Plan. We found Tony to be personable and easy to work with while being knowledgeable and totally engaged. Both projects were considered to be overwhelmingly successful and we subsequently recommended his services to several members of our Board of Directors.”

“Carole and Tony have presented sessions on Emotional Intelligence and MBTI for the Costin Institute for Osteopathic Medical Educators at Midwestern University for the past ten years. They are really effective facilitators and are skilled at creating a learning environment that is both safe and challenging. The participants are physicians and medical educators from all over the country. They have found significant value in the information presented and the materials shared by Carole and Tony. I would recommend them (and have) individually and as a team!”
