The SGC Consulting Group is a Chicago-based SGC Consulting Group specializes in helping businesses and organizations through growth and change processes. Firm principals and organization development practitioners Tony Colantoni and Carole Veronesi work with their clients to identify challenges and opportunities and then design and implement actions tailored to meet client goals. We focus on helping groups, teams, and individuals perform at higher levels of effectiveness, efficiency and personal satisfaction. Our processes guide our clients through strategic planning, enhanced leadership, team and individual development, conflict management, improved work flow analysis and redesign, and organizational change. We have successfully employed these techniques in a variety of settings for over 20 years, including manufacturing, technology, banking, engineering, professional services, pharmaceuticals, transportation, health care, higher education, not-for-profits, human services, and church ministries.
