In today’s work place, building knowledge and skills in change and transition is important to teams and individuals. We at SGC Consulting have designed two learning experiences that provide awareness and understanding in dealing with change, transition and resistance.
Dealing with Change and Transition
A two hour workshop that gives people an opportunity to think about and discuss how they deal with transition and change. The awareness helps them to explore the effectiveness of their behavior and well-being and provide an opportunity for adjustments that enhance their productivity during times of change.
Leading Change and Transition
A two hour workshop that provides team leaders and managers with an understanding of the importance of honoring resistance and provides a model to work with people more effectively who are having difficulty during transition.
Through learning, reflection and discussion, participants are able to alter their experience in a changing workplace and increase productivity.
