Tony Colantoni
In addition to over 20 years of professional experience, Tony continues to actively pursue continued education in the field of organizational development through the Center for Creative Leadership, the Organization Development Network, the Strategic Management Society, the Project Management Institute, the American Psychological Association and the Association for Psychological Type.
Tony is visiting faculty at Loyola University Chicago, Northwestern University and Elmhurst College, teaching leadership, organization development and change, organization theory, work motivation and conflict management and negotiation at the graduate level. Tony received his master’s degree in Organizational Development from Loyola University Chicago, his law degree from the John Marshall Law Center, and his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University. He was a contributing author to Critical Issues in Organization Development, by Johnson, Sorensen and Yaeger (2013).
Carole Veronesi
Carole has more than 25 years of professional experience in a variety of settings. Her history includes professional development opportunities with National Training Laboratories, the Consulting Psychologists of the American {Psychological Association, and the Conference Model for large systems change. In addition, she is certified in several international 360 degree feedback instruments.
Carole has served as an adjunct instructor at Elmhurst College for the past 25 years and currently teaches Organization Development to graduate students in I/O Psychology. She previously served as adjunct instructor in Loyola University Chicago’s graduate school of Workplace Studies. She is a member of the Organization Development Network/Chicago, and served on its board. Carole is published in The Annual for Jossey-Bass/Pfeiffer, leaders in human resource development. In addition, she is published in "Clinical & Surgical Ophthalmology" on Emotional Intelligence and its relevance to ophthalmologists.
She serves as a parish consultant in the Parish Transformation Initiative, focusing on parish mission and lay leadership for the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Carole holds a M.S in Organization Development from George Williams College/Aurora University and completed graduate work at Regis University in Adult Christian Community Development.
